Products & Delivery

All products sold by Serif & Stone are digital goods delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive an email containing your template files, share key (for Showit templates), and setup instructions. Delivery is instant and automated.

License

Each template purchase grants you a single-use personal license:

• You may use the template for one (1) website only
• You may customize the template's colors, fonts, images, text, and layout
• Designers and agencies may purchase a template and set it up for one client, this counts as one use
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files
• You may not use the template for multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses
• You may not claim the template design as your own original work

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. We strongly encourage you to view the live demo of any template and reach out with questions before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All template designs, code, graphics, and content created by Serif & Stone remain our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a license to use the template, not ownership of the design itself.

Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is." While we strive for quality and compatibility, we cannot guarantee that every template will work perfectly in every environment. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platform changes, browser updates, or user modifications.
